The hotel offers lovely, well-laid-out rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's always clean, but lacks enough hooks and hangers for wet swimming clothing and towels. Service is a mix of being nice and helpful but also a bit rude and stingy at times. The location is ideal for beach access but can be noisy due to the touristy surroundings. The dining options are good value for the price but limited. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is situated in a prime location, just a short walk from the lively Sairee Beach with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms, although a bit cramped for two occupants and requiring an upgrade due to maintenance issues, were somewhat lacking in cleanliness. Despite these room issues, the staff went above and beyond in assisting us with our needs, showcasing exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. The dining options, however, were somewhat limited and could use improvement, with additional charges for certain items. The hotel's facilities overall were satisfactory, offering basic amenities for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
